Our Story
ShareSphere started with a simple observation: every day, perfectly good food, clothing, and household goods are thrown away while neighbors just a few blocks away could use them. We built ShareSphere to close that gap.
ShareSphere is a non-profit initiative owned and run by Make Friends and Socialize, our social club. The club exists for one simple reason: helping people build real friendships — through local events, group activities, and meetups where neighbors actually get to know each other. ShareSphere extends that same mission into everyday life: sharing what we have is one more way neighbors become friends.
Founded in Utah, ShareSphere brings the spirit of neighborly generosity into the digital age. We believe technology should bring people together, not isolate them — and that the strongest communities are built on trust and shared resources.
ShareSphere is just getting started. Every item shared here keeps something useful out of the landfill and puts it into a neighbor’s hands — and every exchange is a small act of community-building. We’d love for one of the first to be yours.
